ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment.

Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

Simply Apparel guarantees that all products are manufactured to high-quality standards.

Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, or misuse are not covered.
